Accommodation & transportation in this city are generally problematic. This hotel deserves its 5 stars, very clean. Very busy. Rooms are big and super comfortable. Nice decoration, everything is modern. But it's at the very end of Corniche beach, not much to do when you reach the seashore, you can only jog and can't stop a taxi or find a bus by the seaside. Instead forget about the seashore and use Hamdan Street and buses to navigate and even to reach the sea (if you don't rent a car). There are bus stations nearby, one of them is for the airport, good that it's close. Hamdan Street is very long and not bad for shoppping or eating. Not loved the pool on the roof. Lobby area can be reorganized, it does not have a friendly vibe. Mall of Abu Dhabi is nearby. All attractions like the Grand Mosque, Mandarin Hotel, Corniche Beach, Qasr al Vatan etc are relatively far. Not by car, again. Abu Dhabi is a square but there is no metro and buses are slow due to the non-stop jam & traffic lights, many many traffic lights. To give you an idea: it may take up to 2 hrs to reach to the Grand Mosque from the hotel by public bus. And yet, did not see a better option in the entire city for a similar value at this price. Did not try the open buffet but was looking good & rich. They have to add one more lift to the building.

I really liked everything about my stay. The location is great — you can get to the islands quickly, and the airport is just about 25 minutes away. The hotel itself is not very big, so there aren’t too many people, which I personally see as a big plus. Breakfasts were also a highlight — there were not only classic international dishes but also local ones, and the sweets were especially good. Local options are often missing from hotel breakfasts, but I really enjoy trying new things. The room was exactly what I expected — no issues at all. There's also a brand-new, large supermarket nearby called Grand Emirates. It has everything you might need, which is super convenient. One more bonus I’d like to mention: I usually leave early and don’t make it to breakfast, so I ask for a lunch box. This hotel put together the best one I’ve had — it was not only convenient to take with me, but also had the perfect mix of sweets, fruit, and cold cuts.

1. The service at the reception area, especially the receptionist on the first day Asma was very helpful. She was full of positive vibes, gave excellent recommendations on places to visit and eat. She really is worth a bonus for her attitude toward guests. 2. The valet service was very good, always attentive and on time. 3. Small but very nice and warm swimming pool is a really nice bonus especially if you are traveling not in summer. 4. Breakfast was good and offered a variety of dishes. You can definitely have different dishes every day if you are staying a week. It consists of both local and international options. 5. The location was good, if you are not looking for something close to the beach. There are several supermarkets, cafes, restaurants very close to the hotel.

I had a great experience at this hotel. I really value the cleanliness and the smell in the hotels and I was very satisfied. Food was great; I had lunch at the buffet small and cozy, nice variety and taste like home. Chef came personally very kind and the Staff very kind and helpful from the valet to the maids, reception and waitress at the restaurant Krichelle and Cherif were extremely kind and attentive. I’ll be back very soon. Thanks

The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, always available whenever something was needed. The view from the room was lovely, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean. They provided everything you might need in the bathroom, from body lotion and shower gel to conditioner, toothbrushes, toothpaste...
